A world famous heart surgeon took his car to a mechanic for some repair who whilst checking the engine turned to the surgeon and asked:

"Dr, I'd like to ask you a question: What we both do for a living are quite similar, because I lift the engine cover, detect the cause of the problem at a glance, change ignition cables and motor oil, do a valve job, and even rebuild the engine completely, whichever is necessary. Now please tell me how come you make millions while I wander around broke as hell?"

"Just try to do all this while the engine is running..."
