[W126 Coupe] Squealing N3 module

 Hi,
 It may be due to the cold weather (small single digits) that went thru
here last week but my ECU (N3 CISe engine control unit) started squealing
upon start up. It would quiet down after the passenger compartment warmed
up and since Friday the temps have risen to the 40 degree mark.
  I am reasonably sure it is the N3 module but there is also an "aspirator
blower" in the same location (passenger footwell side kickpanel) which
could be the culprit. The squealing sounds like motor bearings.
  There was no change in my near perfect running engine also.

Any ideas or experiances here?
