Oh, I see. No, that's not what I'm saying. As I said, I didn't use
the euros; so I don't know about the exact locations of the screw
holes on those except to say that, from the photos I eventually saw,
they appear to be roughly in the "corners" of the oval. The US
versions are mounted on a flat, rectangular metal mounting bracket
measuring probably around 4.5" by 6.5"; I snipped away most of that
bracket leaving just enough to mount into the existing space and
leaving enough mounting material to get a screw through where
needed. It was tedious, but not difficult.
