[W126 Coupe] 560SEC trunk emblem

 Terry, What year is your SEC?  I don't remember bolts on mine, I thought they were just glued on there.  I think the earlier years might have the emblem bolted on, possibly 85 and older?  I believe for the glued on ones, I've heard that dental floss or something along those lines used carefully to get the glue loose works. What is the proper procedure for removing the “560SEC”  emblem from the trunk? There is no access to it from inside the trunk lid. – Thanks in advance for your help. - Terry
