I purchased a Fresh-Air To Go that I use in every motel room. It also worked
in "decontaminating" my son's car after he drove for three days straight to
Vegas, smoking the whole way. It will make a difference with your problem.

If you leave the windows open long enough, the smell will leave
eventually (may take a few days of being parked with windows
open...hopefully you have a garage.
