front or back, and which side? Could be strut mount or rubber bushings....they take a lot of weight to get to metal on metal, more than you can do by bouncing yourself.

	I have a thumping noise when I go over bumps coming from the
driver's side. It's more noticeable at very slow speeds. There is no
thumping if I rock the front of the car up and down when the car is
stopped. Any thoughts?
