[W126 Coupe] euro bumper brackets

Markus,

I've been told that if you drill a hole in the U.S. shock absorbers on the
front bumper, when it collapses it is the correct length to mount Euro
bumpers. YMMV.

Hello,

 

Does anyone either have, or have a lead to where I can get euro bumper
shocks/brackets, ie the part that holds the bumper assembly to the car?
Unfortunately the US ones aren't "adjustable" to allow you to attach either
US or Euro bumpers to the car.
