[W126 Coupe] euro bumper brackets

Hello everyone - 

I'm new to the group.
I own an '89 560SEC - previously owned an '83 380SEC.
Has anyone installed a quality cup holder in the console  - preferable collapsible to allow the console to be closed?

  Does anyone either have, or have a lead to where I can get euro bumper shocks/brackets, ie the part that holds the bumper assembly to the car?  Unfortunately the US ones aren't "adjustable" to allow you to attach either US or Euro bumpers to the car.
