Hi Dan:
Hi pressure side should be on the driver's side of the condenser facing
forward and low near the bumper. Are you saying you had vent temps of
25F? That's too cold and your evaporator will have frozen up. One of
the effects of a frozen evap is poor air flow over the colling surface
where you have ice. That could mean a bad ETR valve.
