The lug bolts should have a 39 mm shank, the diameter is 12 mm and MB rims
have ball seats.
For the standard MB rims (15-hole) the heads are very long and the total
length of the bolt is 95 mm.
The lenght of the head above the seats is just for cosmetic reasons. With
the long bolts the heads sit flush with the surface of the rims. With the
shorter heads the wheels are just as safely attached to the hubs, the heads
just sit deep in the rims.
