[W126 Coupe] accumulator question

i found an 85 sec in the junk yard !   you never see sec's in yard...anyhow
i went back a few days later to cannabilize and it was already done.  so i'm
just taking scraps now.  btw the engine compartment is completely burned
out.  

 

so regarding the accumulators how can i test to see if they are ok after i
remove them?
