[W126 Coupe] Headlight adjustment

I don't have the european headlights. I assume they were changed a while ago 
but the adjustment is there. It is a Euro Spec 500SEC but alot of things were 
changed when it was broguht here in '83. Is there a way to make the adjustment 
avialable for my U.S. headlights?
