[W126 Coupe] Wheels & Tires

I'm bidding on 16" wheels from one guy and tires from another.  Can I use 225-60R-16" tires on my 1983 380 SEC?  I'm presently running on 205-65R-15".  What's the difference and how will it effect my car.???
