[W126 Coupe] 19" wheels on SEC and rear HD shocks

800 postings and Talbir did post a chart that's in the archives
somewhere that laid out all of the widths, diameters and offsets for
these coupes. If you dig in the archives you may find it.

Right off the top I'd say you need 10mm hub centric with 45mm bolts on
the rear. I'd be worried about a rub at 10 o'clock on the inside rear
wheel well.
