[W126 Coupe] Fuel for a 1984 500SEC (Euro)

Aside from the boost in octane level that lead provides the benefits of
running leaded fuel are realized after the first couple of tanks are run
through the engine.

The lead forms a halide @ a once the valve/valve seats are good and hot &
when this halide is formed all effected metals have a much better resistance
to melting @ high temps.  Once metallurgy/hardened seats became the norm
this was no longer necessary.

As such, leaded fuel is of little benefit to our cars that are equipped w/
hardened valves/seats & sodium filled valves to help keep everything cool.
