[W126 Coupe] 500 SEC Buying Decision

I have been offered a Mercedes 500 SEC at a very attractive price.  Problem
is, I know absolutely nothing about it.  I've only looked at the exterior.
Don't know the year, mileage or mechanical condition.  But, it looks great.
The wheels and tires are brand new and appear to be worth nearly the asking
price on the car.  I'll be driving it later in the week.  Any words of
wisdom for anything in particular about this car I should be looking out
for?  Know problem areas or common expensive fixes?
