Hugh- there is an outfit in Seattle WA called Books 4 Cars.  You can go to 
thier site books4cars.com and see if you can find your manual.  I have 
bought number of manuals and books from them and they were all good.  Since 
I am close to Seattle I have actually gone to thier place of business.
