No, but I can make you a replacement light.  First step would be to
determine whether it's the EL sheet that has failed, or the mini transformer
that has failed.  Water seepage, or punctures would destroy the EL sheet.
Other than that, it is most likely the transformers, which I have a similar
unit for $12.  EL sheet replacement would be about $25, but it's a bit
tricky to replace the leads on that end.

Several Years ago a few of us purchased some door sills with Mercedes Benz

Written on the sill with a blue light back ground. My blue light has burned
out.

Does someone have a contact on a replacement?
