HI, Ronny. No you didn't miss my name! You asked the question of
Jonathan, and I was just trying to provide you with an answer, but it
looks like I confused you more than helped you.
One thing about my euro lights web pages - they are all pictures of
the W124, not the W126. Although both vehicles are very similar with
respect to the lights, please note that all of the part numbers listed
on the web pages are for a W124, so would not be appropriate for the
W126. But the principles are all the same.
You have only the one right-to-left switch to control the lights,
simply because you don't have the level control installed. You can add
it! That's the point of the web pages! Of course you need the euro
lights installed first (the euro lights have the special level
diaphragm in them - the US DOT lights do not), but then you can
install the level control so that you can adjust the lights up or down
from the driver's position.
