I'm not Jonathan, but I have a couple of web pages that explain the
Euro Lights and the Level Control. Go to the following page and then
click on the first link the says "Euro Lights", then click on Level
Control at the top of that page.

And Jonathan is absolutely correct. The Euro lights are a huge
improvement in being able to see, and the Level Control is great -
allowing you to adjust the light height under varying load conditions
(not so important for you that have the rear suspension leveling
system) and also for different road conditions. Out on the freeway you
can adjust the lights to see farther down the road, etc.
