[W126 Coupe] center caps for wheels

I have a set of matching rims that I am using for my winter tires on my 1990 560 SEC so I don't become a sled with my 10" Amg Summer wheels.

One of the winter wheels is the one that was a spare when I bought the car last summer, and I did not get a center cap with the star for that wheel. The other 3 wheels all have caps, but they are smaller than the center caps on OEM 7" wheels. In looking for a replacement cap, I am now told I have aftermarket wheels

What I need is less than 2 3/4 inches in diameter, because I tried an old style cap with the blue lettering and leafwork at 2 3/4" for size. The wheels do not have a manufacturer name on them, but the do have a series of numbers and letters molded inside 5 of the 15 holes, in series which include the words "ETA BETA" in one hole, and "MARTA" in another. They are 7" wheels. The local Mercedes dealer opined they may have been of Italian origin, although the bill of sale shows the car was new in Las Vegas.

Anyone able to steer me or help me out here. Would be much appreciated.
