[W126 Coupe] Rear speaker tray

Alex- on my 1990 560SEC I have the rear shade that has not worked since I bought it three years ago. The car has only 52,000 miles on it. After removing the tray can I reach the shade motor for any repairs; or do you jave any suggestions to get my back shade working?
