[W126 Coupe] W124/126 compatability.

Hey guys, bit of advice:  I've been offered a set of lowering springs and Brabus Bilstein shocks from a W124 for my 1989 560sec, and the seller assures me they will fit straight onto my W126.
 
Is he telling the truth, and if so do I have myself a bargain?!
