  Interesting about your limited slip diff. I have a 91 560 SEC (US Model) that came with limited slip. In the factory service chassis and body manual, which I have, it shows that the limited slip diff. has a friction pack made up of 5 spacers and 4 friction disks. There is one pack on either side of the differential gear. Upon removing the rear cover these friction packs should be obvious. If you have them you have a limited slip, if not it's a standard diff. The info can be found in the service manual for the 126 series cars on pages 35.1 560/09 thru /11.
