[W126 Coupe] Houston Coupes Gathering Aug. 25th

Hi All, the Houston Coupes Gathering is approaching very quickly. I just 
wanted to touch base with site members to see if there are any 
additional attendees for next Saturday the 25th at memorial Park in Houston.

At this time the following list of Coupe owners expressed that they 
would attend.

Jorge Barrera
David Cole (will invite a friend with a black widebody)
Willard Tredway
Rob Dent
Ron Seals
Ed Gorman
Doug Gavin

I hope all of you can make the picnic and invite other Coupe owners. The 
Houston MB club included a copy of the invitation in their monthly 
newsletter and Willard Tredway and I  placed the invitation with several 
MB shops to pass along to their Coupe customers so we may be surprised 
with the turn out. I will be pleased if the eight of us can make it and 
it will just be frosting on the cake if others join us.

It is my agreement with the car show hosts that if there are fewer than 
six cars that can make the Niftee50ees show that we would not display as 
a group but I bet if  5 showed up they would let us display. We can make 
that decision on Saturday as a group. I will prepare a map and 
directions to the show. It will be about a 35 to 40 minute drive from 
the park.
