[W126 Coupe] Vacuum locks

Many times it can just be crap in the lines near the pump. When I bought mine they were not working at all. I took the pump out and cleaned it up, found some kind of tarry crap in it, and its have been fine ever since. Have you digital camera ready if you do this. Many small parts. It can also be a pinched or broken line.

  Hello all,

  The vacuum operated door locks on my 300 SD have started to malfunction. Is there a common failure or failures on the system?  The SEC's locks, on the other hand, still work fine....for now.
