[W126 Coupe] Rear Window Tinting

Removing the back seat takes 2 ticks & no tools required.
Rear side panels is also not a big deal.
Why not do it yourself?
$100 is a rip off.

  I am having the 2 rear windows re-tinted tomorrow and the tinter says the only way to do them right is to remove the back seat the back of the back seat and the side panels. Also is charging me an extra $100 for these removals. Is this absolutely necessary in order to properly tint these windows? Is $100 reasonable for the removal of the side panels?
