[W126 Coupe] cold start

in the morning when i first my sec, it takes about 10 seconds before the reverse gear engages.  then a few seconds to engage in drive.  after its warmed up no problems.  sometimes when you go around a turn i give it gas and seems like for a second its not in gear then it catches.  
   
  any ideas?
