[W126 Coupe] Engine Leak Stop

I read somewhere that you can temporarely seal an Head Gasket oil leak 
with Indian Head Gasket Shellac. I have also heard that Hi-temp 
silicone works as well. I have never tried this but apparantly a poster 
 from another MB site said it worked for his minor leak. I guess Its 
worth a try. Anyone else heard of this?
