It turns out the Mr. Rowley put the ski rack in his back seat this morning... right before ski season.....Hmmmmmm

This is from the Division leader and his group leader...

John,
I spoke to Rowley about the issue and he assured me that he will be more cautious.

Dean,

I've heard some chatter that there are those who believe that the owner of the silver BMW alluded to below is John Rowley. Obviously, this is also hearsay and not actionable, but it might be worth a broad or specific reminder relative to driver safety issues.

Commuter's safer driving policy

I'm with Max Lehman, on implementing some sort of safe driving policies. Perhaps we commuters should band together to try to make a difference in regards to specific commuters that we all see driving, not just unsafely, but down right terrifying. For instance, the guy in the silver BMW with the black ski rack. This morning [on the truck route] by the shooting range, he was passing about fifteen cars. It was still a double-line area when he started passing other cars and he was going around the curve; whether anybody was coming down the hill or not, he couldn't see.

I have seen him driving approx 95 miles per hour coming from Santa Fe numerous times. That's not an exaggeration because he passes the rest of us like we are standing still. Can we band together to share information and find out what division he works for, in order to, at the very least, get somebody to give him a safety speech? Can we band together and call the Sheriff's Office and let them know which way he's going when he passes us at that speed?
