[W126 Coupe] Japanese cars

I suspect people are suggesting that I am believe we should all ditch our
current crop of Mercedes in favour of Japanese cars when in fact that
couldn't any further off base.

I currently own a 85 300CD,  96 S600 and 4 560SEC's (in varying degrees of
'tune') and I just sold my 93 300CE and my 86 560SL..
I Love these cars with a passion but quite simply the closest any new car is
coming to the reliability level we have come to appreciate from our
older/real Mercedes are the Japanese auto's.
Personally I'd never own one..can't stand them which is why I own the cars I
do and partake in my chosen profession.
