[W126 Coupe] MB japanese cars

I am not a car mechanic, but I have had probably more than 40 cars since the
first Ford Fairlane 500 1959 and that was in 1963. But never a Japanese car,
though I have to admit that in those countries where compulsory annual
vehicle inspections are done and they publish the statistics; Toyota comes
out as top in most countries as reliable and with less fault, MB normally
comes 5th or 6th, but I do stick to MB, I think about half of the cars I had
have been MB.
