[W126 Coupe] Rear Wheel Alignment

Hi gang.

I was told today that the rear wheel alignment was out, but that it wasn't adjustable.  Rear left is at +2.4 and rear right is -1.5

I can't believe a top-of-the-line Merc has no adjustment - is this true?  If not, how is the adjustment done?
