[W126 Coupe] Differential, final, please verify accuracy

OK, I need someone who can give me a 100% verification on this.
I have a 380SE with ABS and a open-differential
Will the 2.88:1 with ABS rear differential from a 1985 300SD bolt right
in with no modifications what so ever? I have a line on one for $350.
