[W126 Coupe] Car Keeps Cutting Off

99 X out of 100 it's the fuel pump relay on it's way out.

Next time it dies make sure you can hear the fuel pumps kick on when you
cycle the key.  If not, you'll want to pull the FPR and jumper pins 7 & 8 w/
a piece of wire.  The FPR is in the middle of the engine bay on the fire
wall, it will have the number 6000rpm on it amongst others..

If it fires up w/ the pins jumpered there was your problem.
