Sam, Jim Nowak of our list has succesfully superchaged his 560 with an ATI Procharger Mod. P1SC. He gained prodigious H.P. He is the man to talk to about what you need. You can go to mbcoupes archives to read about it. I intend to do it to my 560 SEC in time. I just bought MB Tri Y headers with downpipes from a list member and got a quote from Jet Coat which is my next move. I intend buying a P1SC on ebay, when the time is right. My next move from there is to call Jim to get other parts together. The total package is about $3800 without the headers. The headers are not absolutely necessary but highly advised to move the air/heat out. Jim had a local man make his headers. The last we heard from Mr. Nowak was that he was getting an intercooler from ATI. He has been experimenting for over 3 years now and knows what works. If I remember correctly he was getting 425 HP at the rear wheels!! And had the dyno charts posted. He descibed the power as VIOLENT! The man knows what he is talking about as he has a racebuilt Porsche 928 and a sedate E55 AMG. There were doubters and others waiting to see what gives first. So far the driveline has held up and he is still very excited about the power of his SEC. Jim Alexander
