Have you let the engine run for any length of time? Is there any change in the condition after a minute or so? You could try unplugging the cold start injector, but that normally shouldn't be enriching the mixture enough to cause a problem.
How long has the car sat without starting?

I removed the air cleaner and there are no obstructions. I am thinking maybe a stuck injector but I dont know if one stuck injector could make it run so terribly rich. It will start again but the symptoms remain. What should I check next? Thanks
