[W126 Coupe] WHEEL SPACERS

Hi Guys,
I decided to run the chrome 5 spoke clk wheels that I had on my 450slc, they have a 37et and I put the 225x55x16 on the front that were on the rear of 450 they are brand new. The hub sticks thru about 3/8" so I was going to put 15MM spacers on front. The wheels are 7.5" wide and the tires that I had on front were 205/55/16 and these are the two I'm going to use on rear of the 560, what tire size and spacer size do those in the know , should I put on the rear for the best fit and appearance. Please respond ASAP if possible.
I was thinking of going the same all around, or little bigger in rear. I do have 5 of these rims but on the spare I have a non-directional tire to use on any corner in case something happened.
