[W126 Coupe] Rear Accumulators on 89 SEC

Hi All,

It seems like we all need the rear Accumulators done. I was just told by M/B 
to get mine done. There is some work that I do and some that I let them do.
I read this forum but there is no breakdown of how to drain the hydraulic 
system, what fluid to use and is there a right way or a wrong way to do it.
Me/Be wants $600.00 how much will I save doing it solo?
