[W126 Coupe] Fuel Pressure

Hi Hovsep:

If you have a set of gauges, just hook them up to the fuel distributor
and run the fuel pump using a jumper until you get the system pressure.
Remove the jumper and check the pressure drop after 30 minutes or so. I
think it's anything north of 3.0 bar on the 560. If you are running an
early model like the 380 or 500 it's 2.5 bar. If it drops lower then
it's the damper (accumulator). This will also tell you if you are
getting enough pressure from the pump(s).

See 07.3.120 for the complete test procedure.
