Pavel,
Sounds like the increase in temperature occurs when the revs are low.
This may indicate that the water pump is not working properly and you have
low water flow. You may want to check out the water pump or/and have it
replaced.
It does not sound like your problem is related to the thermostat. A high
temp thermostat will restrict the water flow until the engine temperature
reaches the point where it wil release. In other words, it reacts to
temperature and will not be affected by the engine rpm's.
