[W126 Coupe] 450 SL doors

Need to know if I'm right telling a guy in NJ that a 107 body (SL) is the parts on 450's, 380's and 560.  I'm selling him a door from my 73 (107)SL for his '88 560 SL  I was told by a wrecking yard that the 3 models I mention are the same on doors  Hood, trunk, fenders, seats carpet, etc.  Your input is appreciated.
