My advice:

Put the car on an engine oscilloscope. That will tell you very  
quickly what is happening in each cylinder electrically, and if you  
have a spark problem.

Otherwise it's fuel, and there are other procedures for diagnosing  
that, well documented in the archives here.

On a scope, it will take less than 5 minutes to determine if  
something is really wrong.
