[W126 Coupe] Painting my rims...need help

Technically nothing is wrong with it, but something about turning a W126 into a ricer just doesn't sit right.
 
And it's a 380SE I have btw. It won't always be bone stocks, but my mods will be for go. I guess that's what it comes down to: in my opinion the vast majority of mods that are for show and not go are immature and usually end up looking worse.

what is wrong with clear corner lights or color match
rims?  Not everybody is happy with a bone stock
380SEL.
