  When I owned my '83 380 SEC I had the rear window replaced. The brand was
XYG and it was pretty good. It fit well and came with the MB gasket kit.
The only complaint I might thrown in is that is was noisy due to thinner
construction.
 Here in Mass., state law allows repair shops to use junk when doing an
insurance repair.
 The shop will locate replacement parts in this order: stolen, used in poor
condition, used in fair condition, blackmarket, aftermarket, good
aftermarket and the last resort, new.

Replacement of rear window: $1,275

Front window: Available from several sources, PPG is considered good.
Rear Window: OEM only.
