[W126 Coupe] 380SEC Stalls when in traffic and/or when Drive Gear Seleted

My 380 SEC stalls sometimes when selecting Drive from Park. When she is in Neutral and Park she idles perfectly fine. At first i thoought it to be the Vaccuum pipes near the Brake Master Cylinder (Left side In South Africa). These Pipes had come lose , and i did manage to get clips to ensure they dont come out again. But now its doing the same thing...just sometimes.
