[W126 Coupe] 84 300turbo diesel

[Demetre at Eurospec]

can any one give me any input on my turbo it used to be very peppy and i 
could hear the wastegate vavle whistle now no whistle noise but my turbo 
still works any clues on what to look for and is this waste gate valvle 
repairable
