[W126 Coupe] My 500 SEC smoke when car down a inclined street

All the 117's 'sweat' on the back side of the engine, mostly on the  drivers 
side, two different 'mechanics' recommended replacing the head gasket, I  
never did, just changed the valve cover gaskets twice over 270 k mi. That was  
enough. R
