Well, in the future you could buy a tool magnetizer and magnetizer your
socket so you could use that instead of your fingers. I got mine from
wihatools.com

I just learnt some new spectacular words.
 
I had to try and remove the starter on the SEC in order to install a new
one. Not an easy task without removing the exhaust.
 
That top allen bolt is a nut to crack.
 
Anyway got it off using a ratchet with a few extensions on it and going
one click at a time.
 
The new starter is in place with the bottom bolt, but I can't get the
top one started. My eyes of full of rust, my neck is in spasm, my right
hand is bleeding, my left arm feels like I have been lying on it in a
drunken stupor for twelve hours and my back feels like an elephant just
shoved a tusk through the center of it.
 
I'm not taking the exhaust off and my two fingers refuse to stretch more
than the half inch I already forced out of them.
I tried and now they're bleeding.
 
Just a little rest and then I'll go back at it.....clean the blood off
of the keyboard first
