[W126 Coupe] 300SE to 560 SE upgrade complete

Dick, I don't know the hp on my 560, but it was pretty  
powerful...and, I'm about ready to part it out, finally.  Car is in  
So. Cal.; you would have to do all the work to get the engine (unless  
you want the whole car.)  Make me an offer.
